If you’re not getting emails that are being sent by BCT, whether it’s general emails or emails from one of BCT’s advisories, you might want to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to see if their spam filters are preventing the emails from reaching you.
Note that some email providers are more picky about emails than others, and many users prefer to use a more open email provider such as the free gmail to help assure that emails reach them.
Many ISPs allow their users to whitelist specific addresses to help emails make it through their spam filters. The steps to do this vary by ISP. Some ISPs just ask that you add the email address to your list of contacts to allow them through.
Here are some ISP-specific whitelisting steps, but keep in mind that these steps can change, so if these steps don’t seem to apply or don’t work, feel free to search the web or check with your ISP to get the latest instructions on how to whitelist for your ISP.
Important: The email address that you want to whitelist are:
support@basecamptrading.com
and
support@basecamptrader.com
